All deliveries are carried out by independent third-party delivery partners, and We does not assume any liability for damage, delay, or loss occurring during transit. In the event of such an occurrence, We may, at Our sole discretion, provide a replacement for damaged products, coordinate the pickup and replacement of incorrect items, or investigate undelivered orders that have been marked as delivered. Our decision in such matters will be final.

3.5 Customer notifications. You will receive updates via push notifications, email, WhatsApp or SMS, if updated in the account. These updates will include order status, dispatch, and delivery information.

3.6 ID requirement at delivery. To ensure that Your order is delivered to the correct recipient, We may request a copy or photo of Your valid ID for identity verification during the delivery process. If We are unable to verify or authenticate the information provided, We reserve the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

4.1 All prices are listed in AED, unless otherwise stated. Except in the case of obvious or manifest error, the prices applicable to the products You order are those displayed on Our website at the time of placing Your order. 4.2 We accept online payments in AED through Shopify, which currently includes Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. We may accept additional payment methods based on what Shopify offers in the UAE. Accepted payment method logos will be displayed on Our website for Your reference.

4.3 By making a purchase through Our website, You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. You also agree to promptly update any relevant details such as Your email address, payment method, and credit/debit card expiration date so that we may complete Your transactions and contact You if necessary. Applicable taxes will be added to the total amount as required by law. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4.4 You agree to pay all charges incurred at the rates in effect at the time of purchase, including any applicable shipping fees, and authorize us to charge Your selected payment method accordingly upon placing an order.

4.5 If Your purchase involves recurring charges, You consent to Our charging Your payment method on a recurring basis, without requiring Your prior approval for each transaction, unless and until You cancel the applicable subscription or order.

4.7 Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed through the website. At Our sole discretion, we may limit or restrict quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. 5. CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD USAGE TERMS

5.1 We accept payment through the methods made available on Shopify, which may include Visa, MasterCard, and other payment options, as determined by Shopify’s payment processing system. When placing an order, the payment method used must belong to You, or You must have obtained legal authorization from the account holder to use it. We assume no liability in cases of unauthorized use or fraudulent transactions.

5.2 Order cancellations by Customers are permitted only within 5 (five) minutes of placing the order. If a refund is required, the process may take up to seven working days from the date We receive the complaint. Once the refund is processed through Shopify, You are responsible for following up with Your bank for any delays in crediting the amount. To assist with verification, We will provide a refund confirmation email containing a printout of Shopify’s refund advice, which You may use for reference with Your bank.

5.3 Customers using the online payment facility are expected to be reachable via the contact number provided during checkout. In the event of an unavailable or missing item, You and the Company may agree on a suitable replacement. Alternatively, You may cancel the order and place a new one through Our website or app. In such cases, the full value of the cancelled order will be transferred to Your bank account upon request. You are solely responsible for ensuring that You have read and understood all terms and conditions before completing any transaction using a credit or debit Card.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final once the order has been processed. Due to the nature of Our products including vitamins, cosmetics, health supplements, and personal hygiene items We do not accept returns or provide refunds after delivery under any circumstances.
